Here I will lay out what mods you as user can use, complete with a list of commands for you to try.
There are a few mods not listed here but there things that you wont be able to use directly. Like simple loot. which makes more loot generate in the map. Its there but you can use or change it. Heres some commands
Auto Fuel:
If you place Low Grade Fuel in your Tool Cupboard it will keep atleast 1 LGF in all lights in your base. This will keep lights stocked with fuel so you dont have to.
Backpacks:
Open chat and type /backpack
this open a large storage chest that you carry around as a backpack. So you can carry way more things around with you
Car Commander Lite:
At all the "major" monuments cars will spawn that you can drive. Some of the smaller monuments have them to. You are able to drive these around the map.
Enhanced Hammer:
This helps in the speed of upgrading buildings.
Ex. Place 2 twig walls. upgrade one like normal, then just left click the other wall and it will turn to whatever you upgraded the other wall with. Then you can keep going without having to open the upgrade GUI on every item you are upgrading. this will last for 30 seconds. then you will have to set it to the right material again
Furnace Splitter:
Right click a stack of sulfur into a furnace. It will auto split the stack into equal stacks and if you have wood in your inventory it will move the amount of wood need to cook the material over for you.
Gyrocopters:
Theres are helicopters that you can fly. They are very glitchy looking. but they work fine.
Type in chat /copterbuild to make one. Then /copterdestroy to destroy them. To recharge them, hove over the substation that are all over the map. it will recharge itself. Or land, destroy it and then rebuild it......
Jpipes:
Jpipes are pipes that connect inventories. And can move items between them. I highly suggest you visit the plugins pages for exactly how this mod works . Hold a hammer in your hands and type in chat /p and it will tell you what to do
Master Locks:
When building, place down your TC. drop a code lock on it and set the code and lock it. Then Type /masterlock. Now any code lock you place will auto lock with the same code as the TC. No need to set ever lock with code. If you want another player to access your base simply unlock the TC code lock, let them auth on TC, and lock the code lock back. The new player will then be able to open anything that was placed AFTER the TC codelock.
This also has 2 other commands:
/closedoors and /opendoors. once entered in these commands will open and close ALL doors with code locks on them
Night Latern:
This mod will automatically turn on lights in your base at night and turn them off again when the sun comes up. Provided that they have fuel in them.
Quick Smelt:
This simply makes items cook 100 times faster in furnaces. But it also makes wood burn alot faster. So camp fires to keep you warm in cold areas wont last long.
Quick Sort:
These is the GUI in the top right when you open your inventory. you can either empty creates in one click or it will allow you to move things out of your inventory that are all the same. EX. if you have 3 different foods in there and open a chest that you only put food in. click food and it will only move the food over.
Sing Artist:
place a sign. type /sil <ulr>
this will display on the sign the image from the internet
**keep the images PG-13 or it will be taken down and you WILL be banned***
